  • €30,000 – €40,000 gross per year + 10% bonus
  • Hybrid

Summary

We’re building out our Gaming function in Malta and are looking for a detail-oriented Casino Operations Coordinator to keep our games shipping. Reporting to the Casino Manager, you’ll be the hands-on engine of day-to-day games operations – taking games from the approved roadmap through to launch-ready across our brands, and keeping the lobby accurate, optimized, and compliant.

This is an execution-focused role for someone organised, methodical, and happy to own the detail in repetitive, deadline-driven work. You’ll coordinate across providers, CRM, Compliance, and Design, and grow into broader operational responsibility as the Malta team grows.

Key Responsibilities

Game release & configuration

  • Take games from the approved roadmap through to launch – configuring, tagging, testing/QA, and releasing new titles across brands and markets, aiming to be first to market where possible.
  • Ensure each release is correctly configured, works across all platforms and brands, and meets quality and operational standards before go-live.
  • Work to both in-house and central/third-party roadmaps and configurations, following the relevant process for each brand.

Roadmap preparation & data collection

  • Compile and maintain the monthly game release roadmap, gathering release data across providers – including manually collating from multiple provider back offices/client areas where automation isn’t yet in place.
  • Keep roadmap trackers and release documentation accurate, current, and ready to the monthly deadline.

Certification & compliance

  • Manage weekly game certification and certificate tracking, ensuring releases meet regulatory and internal requirements and that documentation is in place.
  • Flag and manage certification-dependent launches, coordinating timing so releases aren’t held up unnecessarily and escalating risks to the Casino Manager.

Lobby positioning, merchandising & creative

  • Execute game positioning across lobbies – placing new and existing titles into the right categories (e.g. Spotlight, Bonus Buy, Megaways) based on performance and provider agreements.
  • Add new releases to the relevant folders across brand lobbies and keep positioning accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate the design submission workflow so assets are ready ahead of launch.

Provider & cross-functional coordination

  • Act as a day-to-day operational contact with game providers on releases, assets, and related information – resolving routine issues and escalating where needed.
  • Support the Casino Manager on provider positioning agreements, collating the data needed for invoicing and reconciliation with Finance.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Marketing on exclusive releases and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Design to support smooth launches and site updates.

Performance monitoring & reporting

  • Monitor game and site performance daily, proactively flagging anomalies, broken content, or inconsistencies.
  • Produce regular reports on game performance and upcoming releases to support the Casino Manager’s decisions.

Key Requirements

  • 1–2+ years in casino/games operations within iGaming, or a strong operational track record ready to step in (a proactive, quick learner will be considered).
  • Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail and comfort in repetitive, deadline-driven work.
  • Comfortable with game release/publishing tools, provider back offices, and casino platform/lobby tooling.
  • Basic image/asset editing skills for thumbnail preparation (resizing, cropping, light adjustments).
  • Working understanding of game certification and operational compliance requirements.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) to monitor games and flag issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across providers and internal teams.
  • A proactive, positive, hands-on attitude and genuine interest in casino products and games.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

Benefits

  • Vacation leave according to Maltese law, always upon approval of direct manager
  • 15 days of sick leave on full pay and 15 days of sick leave on half pay
  • €50 per month internet & mobile allowance
  • €500 Annual Wellness Allowance
  • Health & Dental Insurance
  • Birthday Leave
  • Tuition reimbursement for career development courses upon approval
  • Weekly lunches at the office
  • Hybrid working policy (3 days onsite to be agreed with your line manager)
  • Pension Plan contributions, after successful completion of probation period
