Typical Day:

• Support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales, including product demos and
client Q&A
• Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption of the
product
• Deliver engaging training sessions (live and recorded) tailored to different client needs
• Create and maintain training resources, release notes, and knowledge base content
• Provide ongoing non-technical product support to clients, acting as a trusted point of
contact
• Partner with the Customer Experience Manager and development team to capture client
feedback and improve product usability
• Stay informed about AML developments in our markets (with training provided) to better
support client conversations

2–3 years’ experience in product support, customer success, or other client-facing roles,
preferably within a SaaS/software environment
Native English speaker or C2 level English proficiency (written & spoken)
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong client relationships
Proactive mindset (able to work independently and take initiative)
Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn how to configure sophisticated software
