Summary
The PSP Analyst will be responsible for supporting the finance team in all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, regarding PSP reconciliations. The role will require a strong attention to detail, an ability to work under tight deadlines, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions across multiple PSPs and bank accounts.
· Perform weekly and monthly PSP reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
· Reconcile settlements, deposits, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks, and reserves.
· Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
· Perform basic financial analysis, identify variances and provide recommendations based on findings.
· Assist with projects and automation of the department processes.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Payments, Operations and Treasury Teams.

· Accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping.
· Compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
· Efficient and effective processing of financial transactions and PSP reconciliations.
· Timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and handling large transactional datasets
